How do you know they are not doing this? The quote comes from what he was doing during a team setting. At that point it is best to stay on track so everyone involved understands what is going on.

Imagine being in a classroom for any subject and the smartest student in the room was deciding the pace the teacher went. Everyone but him would fail. The teacher has to teach at a pace that everyone in the room can succeed. After class the teacher and the smartest student can meet and discuss further topics.

I only know what the coach said, which was they’d answer his question in 1-3 days. I hope there are things going on that he’s not saying.
