Just added Penley to the list.
Carter Penley was a mad scientist who made exceptional golf shafts. His shafts were used heavily on the Longdrive circuit in the 90's...
He just couldn't raise the capital needed to compete with the big boys.
I had a Penley Tour Light in a Titleist 975D and it was a bomber.

The NV was a good shaft. But it was left behind when the Rouge Series came out.
The Rogue Silver 130 MSI is a very driver good shaft and I added it to the list.
