Mississippi State Flag Referendum (April 2001)

Proposition A (Keep) 494,323 64.39%
Proposition B (Change) 273,359 35.61%

I wish they would put it to a vote as well but it looks like they won't give the citizens the opportunity...

oh well.. change the flag.

So i am wondering what they are going to do if the results are the same....

do they change the flag anyway...

do the people that voted against it or that are offended by it move out of state...
