Are you under the impression that police won't be actively investigating this murder and won't make an arrest if they find anything that so much as resembles a possible suspect?

If you aren't under that impression, would you say that is in any way similar to how the George Floyd "investigation" was handled prior to the protests?

Since when has an active investigation stopped outrage, protests, and riots?
