Again if you want to change it so bad I'd say present a solution and we'll talk about it.

BUT I'd say be careful what you ask for....you may not like the alternative to H1-B workers. I can tell you right now that solution won't be "hire any Bob, Dick, or Harry at whatever wage they want!".

In general I think it is a stupid business decision to not innovate which I guess is what you are saying. If you can substantially lower your labor cost long term in your market then you should do it anyways. I will not be offended.
