Installing 50 amp for rv

So I'm installing a 50 amp breaker and receptacle to plug in an rv to my main box outside.
I ran the 2 hot wires to the appropriate breaker input.
I noticed there is no ground bus bar only the neautral bar on each side.
Do I just run the ground and neutral to the same bus bar?

you can always buy a bonding screw or a small ground bar and land it there

When I ran on a while back, I bought a grounding bar and mounted it in the box.

If that is in your main panel, neutral and ground are bonded. There will not be a separate bar.

That's what I've learned.
There are 4 feed wires that come in from the meter and only has a main shut off in the panel.
So if I understand what I've researched is in the main box like that I can hook ground and neutral on the neutral bar and its fine

yes
If the plug is away from the box, add a ground rod at the plug.

Is there no ground rod at the panel? How is the system grounded?

Yes there is a ground rod, the wire from the rod goes into the electric meter box but no other grounding wire comes from the rod and no visible wire comes from the panel to the grounding rod.
I'm guessing it is grounded through the meter panel to the main panel

The plug is right next to the box mounted on the same wooden pole.
If I run a ground wire to the grounding rod, would I disconnect the ground from the plug to the neutral bar in the panel and only run ground to the grounding rod?

No. Just run a ground wire from your neutral ground bar to the ground rod.

Your box for the outlet, does it have any breakers in it or is it just a box for the outlet?
If it has breakers in it, it would be considered a sub panel and the ground and neutral would need to be separate in that box. Some have a tie bar you can remove and some require adding a kit that will contain another buss bar. Most “RV” boxes are already setup to be sub panels and will have separate busses for the ground and neutral.
If it is just an electrical box with an outlet connect the wires to their appropriate place in the main panel then to the outlet. if the box is metal Your ground wire will be connected to both the box and the outlet.
No other ground rod is needed and could become a hazard should you somehow loose your main ground at the meter / main box.

You also need a GFCI breaker to feed that outlet.

If it is just an outlet, I would also ditch that idea and get and RV sub panel. You should ALWAYS have the breaker for the RV turned off before plugging it in or unplugging it.

The description is an rv box but doesnt have a breaker it's just a 50 amp plug in a metal box with a cover.
The breaker is in the main breaker box next to the RV plug so easy access to turn it on after it is plugged in.
I had it checked by someone and I have it correct.
Neutral and ground is bonded in the box so they both run to the neutral bar, there is no separate grounding bar.

Are you saying the neutral and ground are bonded on the main panel and not in the outlet box? They should not be bonded in the outlet box. Otherwise sounds like you should be good.

Yes correct in the main panel, not outlet box.
I'd post a picture but not real sure how to get it posted from my phone
