There is going to be a ton of lawsuits in the future. While the Bakke decision outlawing outright quotas dealt with public school admissions, the Constitutional issue is pretty clear, i.e., no quotas. At least, John Roberts is on record as being against RACIST "diversity"/affirmative action programs.
So, unless Odumbf*ck got something REALLY GOOD on Gorsuch when he was illegally spying on all of the conservative Supreme Court justices, this "diversity" bullsh!t should get thrown out when it reaches the Supreme Court.

Yeah, when they get into hard set numbers generally that is a no-no. The devil is in the details, I would probably file a complaint if I were the guy at the federal and state level.
