Incorrect. It wasn't a serious effort to reform the schools.

Soooo the 2 times StG residents tried to reform the schools / get an additional school in the southern part of the parish was all a ruse? Hell, it was Barrow and SWB that told the group they would have a better chance at getting the school if they incorporated, which is the whole reason StG ever even came to be.

Yes, it was pulled anytime it gained traction. No real effort was made to lobby for the bill. The battle with the black caucus was red herring.

You act like the black caucus is ever going to support an ISD or honor their agreement. Obviously you would have to ignore the black caucus and go to Republicans and white Democrats around the state to make deals. That's how it works.

I legit believe you've been bamboozled and will be underwhelmed by the change. These are the same people that wanted to break away from BREC and pulled the bill from the legislature after BREC bought their properties. This is a fact, not an unsubstantiated rumor. Should have been a federal crime but in Louisiana they were celebrated for it and moved on to starting St. George.

Hilarious that you expect good results from that.

How many White/Walker/Browning/Rogillio properties will BREC have to buy at double market price once St. George is official?
