Let’s see ditches that have not been cleaned in twenty years, culverts that been broken which backs up ditches for over 10 years, and parish drainage ditches neglected for over 15 years where oak trees have grown up in them.
People have work orders that are told they have to wait 9 years to get the work done.

A road that I had rental property on it inside BR has been paved twice in 25 years. You have neighborhoods built in the 80’s in the unincorporated areas that never been repaved.

The sewer lines in an area I use to live in inside BR was replaced three times in 2010 due to lack of DPW monitoring the construction company.
Area I just left in the future City of St George still waiting on upgrades.

All the council people have told me that the metro council has an obligation to The City of BR first and unicorporated areas second. This time it will be St George people first.

DPW is way too bloated with too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

Ditches aren’t maintained. Weeds are allowed to grow on road sides and in ditches where they flourish has the ditch silts up.
Roads aren’t striped. Signs are not maintained. Problems aren’t addressed.

They use our tax dollars to fund BRPD and BRFD. We can do more with our tax dollars here in SG.
