From all accounts, except for CNN, the D.A, has over charged the one officer. Assuming a grand jury will not indict on a 1st degree murder charge, what are the odds only peaceful protests take place? And if they turn violent, how many APD officers will turn out on the streets?

I'm of the opinion that it is a giant stretch to charge either of the officers with anything. The fact that the shitass DA ignored sound law, law enforcement protocol, the investigation process, and input from the Feds, means the fix is in.
