Yea we were looking in the 400-450 range and everything was going in 2-4 days after getting on market for well over asking. Good time to be selling within commuting distance to the cities. That bought us a 2000 sqft home that hadn't been updated since the 80s too 
. I miss the south.

Social distancing house empty - I moved out in September and dragged feet listing but that ended up working out for me
