Just announced he is headed to Ohio to finish out HS career. Ohio St going under the table smooth on this.

He’s originally from Ohio.

Yeah, I remember hearing about that when Ohio St offered him. I just feel like now that he’s committed Ohio St pulled some strings and pretty much said “let’s move y’all up here and keep you taken care of until you get on campus”

I don’t really blame him. It will probably be a better education than a public school in Nola.

Possibly. I’m all for a kid doing what’s necessary to provide a better life for himself and hopefully his family one day. It would be epic to see him flip to LSU while he’s up there. Just one of those cool recruiting stories to see!

No doubt. He is super talented and I would love to see him in P&G.
Either way, we should do well on CB in 2022. We already have one of the top CBs in the 2022 class committed (Rogers), and we could also land the top CB in LA in Latterance Welch.

In spite of what you may believe, Warren Easton is a very good school.

Good for him, he’s from there and he’s going back home and chasing his dream of being a buckeye. LSU and DBU will roll on. Glad we don’t have to hear about Ohio state taking “one of the best DBs from Louisiana” haha
The kid from Acadiana is just as good if not better and he’ll be a Tiger

Ricks family moved to Baton Rouge.

Yeah, many families, more than we hear about, move to where their kid goes to school. But, you didn’t see Ricks enrolling to finish his HS career at Catholic, JC, Karr, wherever you choose. I just find it strange that Ohio State offers, he commits and now up and moving all the way back to Ohio and I understand that he’s from there. Delpit was from New Orleans as well. It’s just my opinion that Ohio State is putting money in places that makes this very easy on his family to do. It doesn’t bother me though. Just an interesting recruiting headline in a time of looking for anything eye popping in sports.

He'll be playing on the same team as one of the best O-Lineman in the country, Tegra Tshabola. I've read where they are very good friends.
