I think they are aiming for ground floor hires instead of name people with credit.
PS Simmons has done this time and time again, and promoted the hell out of them, only to see them fail for lack of listeners. The successful ones often leave for greener pastures and more power to them.

Honestly, Nephew Kyle having his job through pure nepotism is probably what pisses off most of the upset staffers.
