Have refunds been given out for single game tickets?

Bought tickets through the pelicans directly and haven’t gotten a refund yet.

I called my ticket rep and had the remaining games put towards a credit for next year. Not sure if that helps in your situation, but that what I did.

I had already paid off next year's tickets so I requested a refund for the games not played. I still have not received a refund. The last time I talked to my rep, I was told that the NBA had not "officially" cancelled the games, so refunds could not be processed. Kinda lame.

was the refund based off the face value of the tickets (season tickets) we didnt get to use? I have requested mine but it is not showing on my account.
