BS. The Feral Government of the United States is wholly dependent upon a militarized police apparatus to enforce it’s massive regulatory state. The communities that will be most effected by these efforts are themselves wholly dependent upon the Welfare State for their existence. This will end up being just another massive wealth transfer scheme being touted as “police reform.”
