Isn't it as misdemeanor to disobey a lawful order by a police officer? thought you could only refuse if he was telling you to do something illegal. It's like police telling you to put out a cigarette while they're stopping you for a traffic violation. It's not illegal to smoke but if you don't put it out they can arrest you for not obeying with a police order

A lawful one yes. The curfew order gave them no such authority.
