Agreed. Smart being cleared to play and the investigation ending are two different things.
The NCAA cleared Smart in a hurry due to circumstances at the time. However, anyone who thinks that's the end of it would be fooling themselves.
That said, i think the recruitment of Naz Reid will be more closely scrutinized than Smart.

No just no. The NCAA never not ever cleared Smart!
