Sounds like the author has been reading my posts. STLHF has the potential to corner the market. Sky is the limit if they can do it cleaner and cheaper. He mentioned the geothermal units and "other partners"-Albermarle. I have a feeling the current price will seem like quite a bargain in a year or two if not sooner.

Decades ago when I was reading history, prime movers and such, I read Das Capital. In it Marx used an example of the invention of a more efficient way of making needles to support his labor theory of value. In his review of the industry's history, it took a day for a skilled craftsman to make a single needle. Then someone in England invented a way for one person to manufacture 10 needles in a day. The Brits grew to own the world's market in needles despite all kinds of trade barriers.

Of course, it was the value of the invention and not starving out the laborers using the old method that was the significant dynamic.

Standard Lithium has that kind of dynamic to it if there is not some big gotcha in the process.

Theyre doing a good job of hiding in the corner of the market so far
