NIH. So you don't care about the stock market? I assume you are young, not smart or just poor. People who have worked hard for decades and saved for decades lost hundred(s) of thousands of dollars in their portfolios due to covid. Some way more than that. They are happy to see 80%+ of that back. I was shitting bricks a month or so ago. So Yeeeaaa, stock market didn't crater and ruin many lives.
If you still don't care, start investing so you can be scared next time too.

No, I live in reality where we have 30 million plus unemployed and our President is bragging about the stock market.

The stock market is rising because the street knows that money won't stop flowing. The current fiscal actions will "crater and ruin" many lives.
