The statement is "Blacks commit X times more attacks on whites than whites commit on blacks". The statement itself is restricting the data to black and white population so you can't just go and add extra because you want to. Why did you point out that ONE statement then proceed to pull data on ALL violent crime?
In other words, you are looking at 13% of white crime and 61% of black crime, and then multiplying black crime by 5 times again.
