As a simple example, take a population of 100, 83 white and 17 black (same ratio as 61% to 12.5%). If everyone is a criminal and everyone else is attacked at random, we will end up with the 83 whites attacking 14 blacks and 69 whites, and the 17 blacks attacking 14 whites and 3 blacks. It's 14 both ways all else equal. In this case, would you inflate the minority population's numbers by 5X given that everyone is a criminal and all attacks are random?
This is like watching the winning floor routine of mental gymnastics.
