All I can see is I heard this exchange my first football game...freshman year....1988...Tiger Stadium. A drunk frat rat jumped up as Eddie Fuller broke into space and yelled at the top of his lungs...’run n-word run!’ I was appalled.
Fortunately, since that time, things have changed. I don’t hear N-bombs anymore. People are a little more civil towards each other. I will say that the most blatant racism I have ever seen was a road trip to Tuscaloosa. It was got awful there in the 90s. I truly think things have gotten a lot better on the LSU campus. But maybe I’m being naïve.
