Well all that remains to be seen as far as whether Chauvin is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on his charges. But the relevant ingredients that specifically led to where we are now....a video of cop with knee to person's neck; said person allegedly proclaimed he couldn't breathe; said person did indeed stop breathing, for good. Those are the relevant aspects of this matter. The comment about passing money, etc....while fair game for the country to consider in judging Floyd's character, his character is not legally at issue. Ultimate question is, simply, whether Chauvin's knee to back was justified or excessive force as well as was it within bounds of policy. The other main and equally important/relevant question is whether and to what extent the knee to neck caused or contributed to the death.

The question I want answered is ‘why didn’t you and the other 3 officers, place the handcuffed man in the patrol car’?
