Could you imagine if you got Rice, Miss. State, and UTSA and got screwed out of Texas, Alabama, Auburn and Florida? THAT is what scares me the most about trying to limit the seating in Tiger Stadium, i.e., that LSU would come up with some idiotic scheme like that.
they'd probably separate the games into tiers, and youd get one game from each

Here are the games at home this year:
UTSA
Texas
Rice
Ole Miss
Nicholls St
Mississippi State
Alabama
South Carolina
Reasonably putting these into tiers:
Tier 1:
Bama
Texas
Tier 2:
Ole Miss
South Carolina
Miss St
Tier 3:
UTSA
Rice
Nicholls State
Theoretically, each season ticket holder could get 1 Tier 1 game and 3 from Tiers 2 and 3, if capacity is reduced to 50%. If it drops lower than that (which it could if recommendations are to keep the total # in the stadium below a certain threshold), then that could reduce those numbers even further.
From a fairness standpoint, though, if there are limits on seating in the stadium, fans should be able to opt out at no cost, and not lose their seats. In other words -- let's say I get the Texas, Ole Miss, Rice and Nicholls State package. I should be able to say "nah, I'm good" but keep my seats for next season, and then I could take my chances on the secondary market.
