Those look like you would need to plug each strip into the controller, so yes as long as you put the controller in the middle and run them out from there.

Just FYI, there are better strips out there. These are only capable of one color for the whole strip at a time. There are others that allow for each led to be an individual color. Search for "addressable" LEDs in amazon. Price may be a little higher, but the lights and animations are so much better.
