The Mueller Report stated that they were unable to prove whether/what Kilimnik used the polling data for.
Mueller only learned about Manafort and the polling data in January 2016, and since Barr shut down the investigation as soon as he was appointed AG in February 2016, Mueller was unable to follow up on the Manafort situation..

Link to Barr shutting down mueller investigation in 2016, nearly a year before trump took office? Considering the investigation went on for years, and Barr wasn’t appointed until 2019. you’re smoking something.
