I think the guy everyone is sleeping on is Dwight McGlothern. Go rewatch the Army AA game. Had 2 picks (one for a TD) and almost had a 3rd. Great size 6’2” 185lbs. Great instincts. Nose for the ball. Was mentored by Deion Sanders for a time. Probably would’ve ranked as a top 5 player at his position if he didn’t move around so much (4 different HS) ala Garrett Nuss.

Flott is definitely the leader in the clubhouse to start opposite Stingley.
I think Ricks may take some time to develop.
I really like Raydar Jones as well, but he too needs some development.

The last former DB I want mentoring a DB is Sanders. Guys with that kind of talent rarely can teach. They just can’t understand why others don’t do what they did.
