I wish I would have appreciated MJ and his career more when I was younger and had the opportunity to see it in real time.

I watched probably 85% of his games. Fortunately, for whatever reason, WGN was in our cable lineup. Didn’t realize how lucky I was at the time

I feel this way about a bunch of players I grew up watching. I watched A LOT of celtics back then, but I wish I would have appreciated Magic more, Barkley more, Reggie more. I felt like I respected the Knicks and Pistons. They were just so dirty, it was hard to like them.
