Yup. According to this warped bimbette, personal responsibility is the new Jim Crow. Somehow, I'm keeping the black man down because I take care of MY kid. Hell, I may as well wear a pointy hat and white robe and scream "White Power" since I saved money for MY kid's college.
Seriously, what the hell does she think is going to happen when 3 out of every 4 black kids are born to a single mother, and a large percentage of those single mothers are under 20 years old?
There is opportunity galore in this great country, but the race hustlers don't want the people they claim to care about so much to see that.

that's not a submoptimal decision on their part
that's just an example of nuclear family privilege, which should be dealt with
