It really is.
3-4 of his INT's, the receiver had the defender beat, but when you try to throw it deep, it under throws the ball.
Used to piss me off all the time that you couldn't choose to overthrow/almost overthrow receivers to avoid those types of INT's.

While he did have an under throw or two, he’s straight up miserable at the game
