I agree with the ceramic grills as a great choice. I have been cooking on a Primo jr for a long time and will be going Primo xl when our house is built. I use a Weber Kettle for a lot of things as well. My wife tells me that if I had some good burners outside and a sink I'd never cook anything inside, I am looking forward to that day.

I thought about adding a gas grill to the outdoor setup but honestly the only benefit I see that offering over kamado is the quick on/off heat. I don’t mind having a beer and waiting 20 min for the kamado to get ready for burgers, etc.
