Has Elmers reopened to the public? Heading to GI this weekend and would love to do some wade fishing

There's another thread with more info. I had no clue either. Just watched a little news and the weather might not be great. I haven't fished Elmer's since they closed vehicle traffic. I'm gonna try to make it there within the next week.

Lol the 10 day forecast has 10-15 ESE/ SE winds every single day and of course high rain chances on memorial day weekend when i'll be out there
