Definitely. The fact that he is comfortable groping women/children in front of cameras is a pretty good indication that his behavior behind closed doors is much worse when cameras aren't around.

No idea and I really doubt we will ever know for sure. Her claim has far more supporting evidence than Blausey-Ford's and is getting far less attention from those who were all over Kavanaugh.
But I doubt it will change one single vote. Biden was trying stake a claim on high moral ground compared to Trump, but that dog won't hunt. Neither one of them are saints, and we already knew that.
Now, if Biden says he doesn't remember, I'd have to believe that.
