Doubtful on the bars. Maybe on the restaurants. The dumbass mayor will make her decision tomorrow.

the governor claims if the the bars serve food, they can open at 25% capacity.

Yep. Memorial Day weekend we are headed to Orange Beach. I haven't been to the Flora Bama in several years, but my arse will be there getting a bushwacker.
