I'm curious if they will move to 50% in 2 weeks if/when numbers do not spike
and then 75% and so forth every 2 weeks
meaning we could be looking at 100% open by...end of June?

It appears that this is based on the white house guidance phase guidance, so if there isn't any spike in infections or deaths, then that's exactly what should happen. 6 weeks.

JBE said they aren't going to make an announcement on Phase 2 for minimum 21 days or the first week of June.
