Vortex

Do you prefer the vortex to the slow n sear? I have the SnS, and love it - it never leaves the grill. What are the advantages of the Vortex?

Weber 22 is the way to go for your budget. You can add a slow n sear later if you want.

Like others have said though, the PK will be the last grill you ever buy. Big jump in build quality over the Weber.

I don't have the vortex, but I cant think of any advantages over the sns other than price.

I have both. SNS only leaves my grill if I’m doing chicken wings then I use my vortex. I like having both, but the vortex is a one trick pony to me, but it does that one thing extremely well.
