always reminded me of that episode of the love boat where they made the ship out of matchsticks to surprise stubbing, and it kept getting smashed (elevator doors closed on it, etc as they were trying to sneak around the ship with it) and by the end of the episode what they had left to glue together looked like a tugboat.
The main issue everyone has with this model is the 2 antennae that stick down from the bottom. They are always broken for some reason or another. I will own one though. But that Eagle One from Space 1999

i have 2 built up; one of them for some reason included only left-side engines so gluing it together looked awful since one side was upside down. no problem with the antennas.
the one NIB still has the shrink wrap so i don't know what is or isn't broken in it.

i just took it down from my son's room. i had it hanging from the ceiling with fishing line but it was all dusty and needed a cleaning.
