If you listen to the 911 call you can clearly hear the old guy telling him to drop something.

So now its came out that Arbery went from just an innocent 'jogger' hunted down by some Billy-Bobs to a thief running from getting apprehended.
Now it comes out he had some sort of weapon in hos possession which gives McMicheal justification to have a defensive weapon.
If you watch the video, Arbery clearly charges McMicheal from 20-25 feet out and a struggle ensues between them. Arbery punches McMicheal a couple of times in the struggle.
Not too smart to charge a person with a weapon.
Its clearly a case of self-defense.
McMicheal will at most get a conviction of involuntary manslaughter.
