This is huge. If you've followed Flynn's case at all you know that Van Gracks prints are all over it. That hes backing away from it now is telling. The credibility of his case if completely falling apart and instead of sticking around to defend it, hes decided to GTFO.

It likely might not have been his decision. He withdrew from ALL cases, not just Gen. Flynn's.

Federal agents do not make a move on a case - especially high profile cases - without the knowledge and consent of the AUSA assigned to the case.
