I've never raised pigs, so no, I don't. I never claimed to be an expert and this is just a hypothetical. For shits and giggles.
So nix the hogs and keep the chickens and raise some rabbits. That, plus going to hunt bigger game whenever you need to stock up, or fishing if you had access. I think it could be done between 4 people pitching in.
