At some point my wife and I are going to seriously consider buying an apartment in New Orleans, and this area seems to be solid (we used to pass by when we would ride bikes from Uptown to CBD/WHD).
As others have said, our monthly dues are 217. We have a one bedroom on the 4th floor so noise isn't bad.
The place is small but perfect for weekend stays. If my wife and I lived in New Orleans full time this wouldn't be the place as even the two bedrooms aren't big.
We looked into buying the unit next to ours and combining the two but the layout and plumbing wouldn't work with what we wanted to do.
Secure off street parking included.
We are currently renting it out and are getting 1700 month.
Our plan for the future is to spend Winters in New Orleans so we realized this place wasn't big enough and we would kill each other, plus we have three dogs.
We ended up buying another place down by the fairgrounds
