$250K in Rollover IRA - Help me pick some stocks

So I put my money where my mouth is and sold out of a portion my VGT index fund holdings in my Rollover IRA. VGT has done quite well for me, but maybe holding some blue chip tech, finance and healthcare individual stocks in place of an index fund here given everything that is happening in the world may not be such a bad idea.
Depending on what the market does from here on out, whether the bottom falls off or the market continues to rise, holding AMZN, AAPL, MSFT, GOOG, FB, V, DIS, NFLX, JPM, MA, GILD etc. might be the better play.
Questions for the MT:
1) Help me pick some stocks to replace my VGT holdings in my Rollover IRA account that's somewhat diversified, but still provide out sized returns compared to an index fund, assuming I understand it comes with increased risk.
2) How fast would you deploy this money? Go all in as fast as possible, or do it over time to see how the market reacts to Q2 earnings etc.?
