Coach O proved that HARD WORK can get you to the promised land. Les and his crew were the laziest coaches ever. I knew the coaches weren't putting in the work. The athletes made the coaches better instead of the other way around. The athletes Les had deserved more titles but were not coached to championships. Can you remember yearly wondering if we would beat Ole Miss and Arkansas ? It was a comedy of laziness. The game in Wisconsin was the pinnacle of laziness. No game plan, no adjustments and lost to an inferior team. I was a huge Les supporter until that game but in retrospect he lost it WAY before that. I was blind but now I see. Thanks coach O.

Also checking your ego.
It takes a lot for a man, especially a head coach, to admit his mistakes and faults and to to actively work towards correcting them. It says a LOT about his personality.
That was Les' downfall. He could not see that his style was no longer a winning formula. He refused to change.
