Ground or purchased?
I bought this at Kroger from the meat market, already ground. You can grind it yourself. We have a grinder on our Kitchenaid mixer, but using already ground chicken is so easy and that was the intent of this dish.
Honestly, this cooks quickly and I probably finished the dish in the time it would have taken me to grind chicken and then clean my grinder.
