I don't think ya'll understand how this works. The legislature can't modify the order to say open on May 1st. They can just end the order completely. A complete end to the order would probably do what the governor says.

They wouldn’t be in this situation if JBE had been transparent and honest.
They’re calling the Governor’s bluff.
