It doesn't have to be overwhelming to disprove "IN ALL CASES DEMOCRAT RUN AND MANAGED". If Trump didn't speak in absolutes maybe we could actually be talking about this with a hint of nuance.

the tweet was stupid and obvious meant to troll blue states and empower the red army. Saying he is open to a discussion when it's clearly not the case. Saying it's all blue this or all red that as some sort of extreme superlative is dumb, whether it's some post on this thread or a tweet from the White House. Or from someone red blue or in between

Which Republican run states have asked for a bailout? Honest question - I've only heard about NY and IL.
