He's had 3 different head coaches and only until last year did he have one that was worth a damn and even then, Arians isn't exactly on McVay or Payton’s level. Two, he's only 26. That's still pretty young man. Look at Ryan Tannehill. Dude was garbage in Miami. Comes into Tennessee and leads them to the AFC championship at 30 years old, has his best year. Now I'm not saying Winston is gonna be fricking Brees, but Payton helped Teddy lead us to wins. Hell he made Luke McCown look good. I think we can turn Winston into a version of what the Titans got with Tannehill last year, which is a top 15 QB. I'd say wait and see what Payton can do with him before we write this off as just a one year thing.
