My MIL doesn’t refrigerate mayonnaise.
She says that if it’s never refrigerated you don’t need to.
However she’s quick to refrigerate potato salad or deviled eggs or any other dish with mayonnaise.
Been knowing her 40 years, she’s always done it this way.
