(And yes, I realize they probably were ranked top 5 “at the time we played them” which i’ve always argued is a flawed argument. It’s where they end up. )
But I completely agree with your point - we played a killer schedule and rolled through it.

Sometimes. Sometimes teams are better early in the year.

You know what I meant I was drunk last night. We beat 7 top 10 teams. 5 finished in the top 9. The other two teams finished 14 and 25. No matter what way you look at it no one in the history of college football has a resume that good. NO ONE
