I have a Bull. I'm happy with it, more importantly the wife is happy.
Many grills will outperform your abilities. Go with a brand having the features you get favorable reviews from the OB with a good price from your preferred dealer. You'll have many enjoyable days holding a white can while grilling dinner.
My grill has an infrared burner on the back wall for the rotisserie. The grill does a great job on a roast on the rotisserie and with baby back ribs on the grill. I bought it after Katrina and it is still doing a great job.
There are multiple grades of stainless steel. A magnet will stick to to lower grades.
